What is your Shipping Method and Pricing?

You just need to pay RM 10.00 for both West and East Malaysia. We will be using POSLAJU EXPRESS DELIVERY (Able to reach same day if order before 11am) or Aramex same day delivery (order before 10am).
*We cant guarantee the delivery time period and it might be delayed to second day as this are solely depending on our third party courier company.

Peninsular Malaysia

1-2 working days to arrive within Peninsular Malaysia
Required recipient signature upon delivery
Saturday, Sunday and public holiday no delivery.
RM10 delivery.
Sabah & Sarawak

2-3 working days to arrive within peninsular Malaysia Zone 2 area, Sabah and Sarawak
Required recipient signature upon delivery

Oversea Delivery

Delivery fees will be quoted based on destination and weight.

Is there any Free Shipping within Malaysia?

Yes, when each order value more than RM60.

Do you accept order outside of Malaysia?

Yes, We ship internationally via Flexipack International or EMS methods.

For faster and reliable international delivery, select EMS as shipping method .We shall calculate the shipping fee and send you total payment via PayPal payment request.

**EMS published rate is subject to fuel surcharge and handling surcharge. The posting rate will be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Goods will be delivered to a physical address which must be selected during the online ordering process.

Courier Delivery
We provide shipping on all orders worldwide. Deliveries will be performed by a professional courier company engaged by Gorgeousss.

Delivery Status
Tracking number will be sent to your email when the package ships. You can track your delivery status via the URL provided in email.

What if I received a faulty item?

Gorgeousss is proud to carry designers that have proven track record for providing high-quality products; however, there always are rare circumstances whereby something may have been missed.
If you have received an item that has manufacturing defects, damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, we sincerely apologize.Kindly email us with an image of the faulty item and once we have confirmed and received the item, we will return 100% of value to you!

How do I return a product I have purchased from Gorgeousss?

• The team will send you a return form
• Fill up the form with the details of the product you want to return and attach supporting images, especially if the product to be returned is a damaged/defective
• Repack the item after inserting the Return Form into the package
• Kindly fill out the Return Form enclosed with your initial order and mail it to the address that we will share to you:

Note that items without a Return Form will not be accepted. Once your items have been received, inspected and approved, we will refund you the purchase amount.

Please note:
• Shipping and Handling charges, as well as Customs Duties on your original order, are not refundable
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during the transit back to us
• Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 10 business days for your exchange or return to be fully processed
• If you prefer Store Credit we can provide this in 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s
• Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
• Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged Final decision will be solely at Gorgeousss’s discretion

Can I return an order for exchange instead of refund?

If you would like to return a product of wrong size/color and exchange it for a new one, you can follow the same process as above and a refund will be processed for the original order. You can then place a fresh order for your desired product, if it is in stock and available on the website.

In which situations can I request for a return?

A return can be requested in case of the following situations:
• Item was damaged or defective
• Wrong item was sent by the seller (Please note that the product image as seen on the Gorgeousss website/app may or may not be an exact representation of the product shipped to you)
• Wrong size/specifications
• Item was damaged during shipping
To be eligible for returns, please follow these criteria:
• Items are purchased less than 14 days ago
• Have not been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any case
• Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
• Must have original receipt
• Must not be a sale item

What is the time period within which a product is eligible for return?

Items are purchased less than 14 days ago.
No items can be returned after the mentioned policy period.

Do I have to bear the shipping cost for a returned/exchanged product?

Yes. You are required to pay any shipping fee for returns/exchange.
